This former House of Fraser department store has been repurposed as a boutique hotel and two shops on Exeter's High Street. Hotel Indigo operate the hotel, providing 104 bedrooms, a ground floor restaurant, basement spa and rooftop bar with far reaching views. The remainder has been subdivided into regular shaped shops over ground floor and basement. The retail units have been let to Holland & Barrett & Mountain Warehouse.
